• CUSTOM ORDER FURNITURE: This Furniture is made to your specifications, and we do not accept cancellations, returns or exchanges.

• Warranty Service is provided per the applicable manufacturer's and/or Steven Shell Living's warranty. For furniture located within 30 miles of the original store, pickup and transportation may be provided at our discretion. Beyond 30 Miles, the customer is responsible for all transportation costs. This policy does not limit warranty rights required by law.
